Autumn Cupcakes

New season new cupcakes!

I know it’s not fall yet, but I’ve started wearing coats and jumpers, so might as well say it is!

Here are Chocolate, Verbena & Vanilla and Apple, Cinamon & Almond.

For about 30 cupcakes of each, 20min prepping, 10-12min cooking.

What you need is measured in yogurt cups, super easy!


For 1 yogurt you need:

  • 1 pot of sunflower oil
  • 2 pots of sugar
  • 3 pots of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 grams of raising powder
  • Verbena flavored chocolate crushed into tiny pieces
  • Vanilla essence or powder
  • Crushed Almonds
  • Diced Apples (2 is enough)
  • Grinded cinnamon
  • Cupcakes tins and cases
Add in the eggs, the yogurt, the flour, the sugar, and the raising powder.
Blend everything in until smooth.
Add in the flavors of your choice.

Appla, Almond & Cinnamon


Fill in the cupcake tins 2/3, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 180°c. Check if they are baked with a sharp knife before taking them out of the oven.
The only thing left, share (or not) and enjoy!
